Happy new year 2026 Great place to get away and it fit all of us perfectly plus a puppy Had plenty of amenities, we didn’t need for nothing. Just a few steps to the beach!
We stayed in Unit 150 for two nights and loved it. It's charming, clean, comfortable and nothing will beat the view! The host provides all kinds of helpful extras like a well stocked kitchen and DVD library. We had no problems with anything during our stay! Check in and out was seamless. We didn't use it but the pool looked lovely and the front office has all kinds of items like games or grills you can use.
Came to a visit for the weekend with my best friend. We had a slight issue the first day with our fireplace but it was fixed by the time we came back from dinner. We had an amazing time and management was very friendly and helpful. Started coming here with my mom around 2000 and have stayed here many times - we will continue coming back because we love everything about this property. The ocean from views are amazing and I love that we can bring our own groceries and cook in the condos to take full advantage of R & R!!! Thank you for an amazing time!

My entire family stays here every time anyone come to the beach. Been booking for years, only oceanfront units. Our unit this time, 151, was a 2 bedroom upper story corner unit with 3 large windows to watch the water. It was clean and well-stocked and smelled great. There was a plethora of pillows and blankets. Loved the easy check-in process with a text code and QR-code text checkout, although those not experienced with these technologies might not enjoy this feature. It was really nice to be so close to the mobi-mat at avenue U (could literally see from the window) for our family member who uses a walker. If fact, said walker-user was able to walk to downtown in 20 minutes due to the promenade being right next to the parking lot. We’ve also made the journey with a wheelchair. We won’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommend!
My boyfriend and I stayed in condo 154 and truly we could not say enough amazing things about our stay with Tides by the Sea. The view from our room was spectacular, beach access could not have been closer, and our room was quaint yet exactly what we needed. We were only able to stay for 2 nights due to travel restrictions, but we knew the second we walked in that we were going to miss this place on the rest of our travels. 10/10 recommend. Our stay in Seaside was nothing short of perfect!
